Frankie pretty much just disappeared at what seemed to be the height of his career. Maybe it was the tech progression that blew up in the early nineties while Frankie Hill was just going big.
Watching this clip I am reminded of the old Bones Brigade days when the most important part of a session was having fun. The focus on progression in the last ten years has taken some of the fun out.
Skateboarding has an energy about it that is unlike most of the sports that kids are steered to by teachers and other ‘leaders’.
